Zumba Fitness

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO!

Our goal is simple: We want people to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. By integrating Zumba into everyday life individuals may achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric burning, heart racing, muscle pumping, body energizing movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!

This class is offered every Tuesday from 7-8 p.m.

 

 

Kids Fitness I & II

is a dynamic mix of fitness games, dance, and sports skills aimed to improve your child’s overall health. 
This class ensures your child is active in a fun and safe learning environment and introduces a weekly fitness and wellness concept to enhance the foundation of a fit and healthy lifestyle. 

Level I is suitable for children ages 3-5 and invites parents to be active participants in their child’s development. 

Level II is suitable for children ages 6-10 and children are encouraged to participate on their own.

 

 

Swimming Classes

For Kids is a Proud Provider of the American Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety Programs. We offer Parent and Child Aquatics for ages 6 months to 5 years old, a Learn-to-Swim program for ages 6 and up, and private lessons for both children and adults.
