Step & Tone

This class provides a cardiovascular workout that challenges both your muscular endurance and coordination.  The routines can easily be modified for all fitness levels and the incorporation of light weights and floor exercises will improve your muscle tone.

This class is offered every Monday from 7-8 p.m.

 

 

Zumba Fitness

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO!

Our goal is simple: We want people to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. By integrating Zumba into everyday life individuals may achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric burning, heart racing, muscle pumping, body energizing movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!

This class is offered every Tuesday from 7-8 p.m.

 

 

Boot Camp

Boot Camp workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular endurance, speed and agility drills, partner resistance, strength training with your own body weight, dumbbells, agility ladders, and step boxes.  Expand your fitness horizons by integrating group challenges, wheelbarrow races, plyometric box drills, obstacle courses, grass drills, and 20 versions of the military standard push-up and sit up!

This class is offered every Thursday from 7-8 p.m.
