Boot Camp
Boot Camp workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular endurance, speed and agility drills, partner resistance, strength training with your own body weight, dumbbells, agility ladders, and step boxes. Expand your fitness horizons by integrating group challenges, wheelbarrow races, plyometric box drills, obstacle courses, grass drills, and 20 versions of the military standard push-up and sit up!
